I built Prism’s first product and now lead a five-person team. We’ve raised $3.3M and reached $1M annualised revenue run rate.
I co-founded Prism with Theo Kitsberg. We build software that helps recruiters find and match candidates, with AI agents handling parts of the recruiting process.
My work includes the backend, matching algorithm, data pipelines, and making the agents reliable. I also work on the interface and product design.
I’ve also worked on Prism’s brand and marketing videos, which have reached hundreds of thousands of views in total.
